Wes Waddle is a Certified Mortgage Banker (CMB) through the Mortgage Bankers Association — the highest professional designation in the mortgage industry. He also holds the distinguished Accredited Mortgage Professional (AMP) credential, a designation widely respected throughout the lending and underwriting community. With more than 30 years of experience in mortgage banking, Wes brings deep industry knowledge, strategic insight, and proven expertise to every transaction.

Since 2005, Wes has served as a mortgage banking instructor, helping shape the next generation of industry professionals. He is also an approved instructor for the Arizona Department of Real Estate and is authorized to teach in every real estate category. Wes developed and teaches the course “No Money Down; and Other Legal Issues,” where he educates real estate professionals on mortgage products, financing strategies, and compliant purchasing techniques that create opportunity for buyers.

Wes uniquely holds both a Mortgage Loan Officer (MLO) license and a real estate license, giving his clients a comprehensive understanding of both financing and property transactions. His dual-licensing and instructional background provide borrowers with a distinct advantage — clarity, structure, and confidence throughout the loan process.

Beyond the mortgage and real estate industries, Wes demonstrates the same discipline and leadership in aviation. He has been a licensed pilot since 1980, is a Certified Flight Instructor, and serves as a Lieutenant Colonel with the Arizona Civil Air Patrol.

Wes earned a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education with teaching fields in English and Music, along with both a Master’s Degree and Doctorate in Religion. He is also the author of two books: “Overqualified/Underqualified” and “Anticipating and Appreciating Your Christian Life.”

A lifelong believer in discipline and goal-setting, Wes has completed two half-marathons after the age of 50 and continues to train for competitive 5K races.
